Who's In the Kitchen?

Solomon, Founder-Head of Content and Creative

I didn’t always know I’d start a media company. But looking back, every part of my journey was preparing me for it.

For five years, being a drag queen was my creative outlet—a place where I could perform, tell stories, and feel alive. But the scene turned toxic, and I knew I had to step away to protect my peace. So I quit for four years, unsure where my creativity would live next.

Needing a new path, I went to real estate school, which (in the most unexpected plot twist) led me to accidentally start a credit repair business. Crazy, right? But here’s what’s wilder, whether I was selling houses, helping clients repair their credit, or performing on stage, there was one common thread—content creation.

As a real estate agent, I was making newsletters, writing blogs, and filming short videos. Then, as I helped clients fix their credit, I kept creating content around it—educating, encouraging, and empowering people to believe they could own a home.

Then came my makeup videos. I started a “Get Ready to Meet Clients” series where I did my makeup while preparing for work, and to my surprise, my videos blew up. My audience grew, my accounts took off, and I found myself in the beauty niche—teaching, entertaining, and connecting with people who found confidence and joy in my content.

Through it all, my background in Public Relations (shout out to Southern Arkansas University!) was always working in the background, pushing me to refine my craft, build relationships, and tell stories that matter.

But here’s what I discovered: while I love being a content creator, the part that truly lit me up was the production side, creating series, scripting, batch filming, editing, and planning campaigns that gave content purpose and soul. It made me feel like I had a voice—and that I could help others find theirs too.

I’ve had the honor of working with brands like Capital One, Rental Kharma, Credit Versio, and beauty brands like Adriana Nicole Cosmetics, One/Size, Tarte, Jisulife, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and so many more. I’ve grown TikTok pages, Facebook pages, and email lists, and launched a podcast (Life Uncontoured) and a beauty YouTube channel (UnContoured Beauty).

But with every milestone, I realized my true calling:

To help other small businesses and creators bring their visions to life while amplifying my own platforms to prove what’s possible.

And that’s how Bella’s Pie Media was born. A business by a creator for Creators!

CEO Chief Executive Officer

Joshua

Joshua grew up in Mingo, Ohio, in a family where showing up for each other wasn’t just expected—it was a way of life. His biggest inspiration has always been his dad, a man who faced challenges bravely, provided for his family with quiet strength, and never missed a moment to support Josh, especially when he needed it most.

It was his dad who encouraged him to lean into his love for music and to grow deeper in his faith, reminding him that the truest path is the one aligned with purpose and heart.

Joshua’s journey led him to study music, where he learned the power of storytelling, rhythm, and creating emotion through sound. Later, with a focus on political science, he gained insight into how communication shapes communities and how strategy can turn a message into a movement.

It wasn’t until Joshua discovered Solo's content that he saw a vision worth building alongside. Her honesty, creativity, and unapologetic voice stood out in a world often clouded by noise. He recognized that Bella’s gift wasn’t just content creation, it was building connection and courage for others to be seen.

Joshua decided to invest in Bella’s Pie Media, not just financially, but with his skills, vision, and heart. Bringing his music expertise into production and his understanding of systems into strategy, he helped co-found a Content Kitchen that could amplify voices and bring ideas to life with intention and soul.

For Joshua, Bella’s Pie Media isn’t just a company—it’s a calling. It is about building platforms that give people a voice, nurturing creators to stand confidently in their stories, and using content as a tool to connect, heal, and grow communities.

Every piece of content Bella’s Pie Media creates carries Joshua’s belief that stories matter, voices deserve to be heard, and faith in your purpose can change everything.
